Oh Hai, U Mai Blog Post?

It has been a busy time for me... quite busy indeed. "The Wiz" is up and running, and it is FANTASTIC. It's playing for one more weekend and it's pretty impressive for what it is... the costumes are AMAZING! Ms. Lehman, the orchestra conductor's daughter, handmade the leads' costumes and, say what you want, but I've got the best damned costume in the whole show. Maybe I'll post a picture where I blur out my face for anonymity's sake. But then again, I don't think my blogs are quite so viral that readers do not know my true identity. In fact, I'm fairly certain that I am in no way viral to begin with!

All right. Updates. Updates... college wise, check it:

7. Virginia Intermont- Accepted
6. Marymount Manhattan- Accepted
5. Columbia College Chicago- Accepted
4. CSU Fullerton- Accepted
3. Whittier- Accepted
2. Pratt Institute- Accepted
1. Emerson- Wait Listed

I KNOW! I was a little bummed on more or less missing out on Emerson, but I'm basically over it now and trying to choose between Whittier and Pratt. It's tough. My gut instinct tells me to go to Pratt just because it is a newer experience and the BFA in Writing program for which I have been accepted looks amazing. My dad, however, tells me to go to Whittier because they are offering me the most money. Between the massive scholarship they offered me and the Cal Grant I received, Whittier tuition costs me almost nothing. I also got a fancy scholarship from Pratt, however. Pratt is a few thousand more expensive, and the renewable $10,000 scholarship isn't as shiny as the renewable $18,000 from Whittier + about $9,000 from my Cal Grant, but it's definitely my preference. I'm just afraid my dad will say no, as he has been alluding to... Whittier is a GREAT GREAT GREAT GREAT school, don't get me wrong, but I'm merely stating what my gut is spewing... "J-Mil, nobody wants to hear about whatever is spewing from your guts."

Completely irrelevant but nonetheless entertaining.

I can't say much else for now because, as alwas recently, I am pressed for time. Tomorrow I have to be bright eyed and bushy tailed, so, no further delays.
